Lucky505 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and Lucky505 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Lucky505 — whether to create an account, place a bet, play a casino game or simply browse — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Lucky505 operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform serving players in Pakistan and internationally. All amounts displayed on the platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Lucky505 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific Promotion Terms that apply to individual bonuses. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

To use Lucky505's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to any eligible person. The following rules apply to all Lucky505 accounts:

Lucky505 reserves the right to close any account at any time if we determine that the account has been opened fraudulently, used to circumvent our systems, or used in violation of these Terms. Any genuine funds in a closed account will be returned to the owner's verified payment method after investigation, unless those funds were obtained through fraudulent activity.

By creating an account on Lucky505, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• You are not a professional player seeking to exploit system errors or pricing mistakes
• The funds in your account belong to you and are not the proceeds of criminal activity
• You have not been previously self-excluded from Lucky505 or any affiliated platform

If Lucky505 discovers at any point that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings generated will be forfeited. Lucky505 will take all necessary steps to report underage gambling to the appropriate authorities.

Lucky505 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players. All transactions are in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by Lucky505:

Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Lucky505 does not accept third-party payments — the name on your payment method must match your Lucky505 account name exactly.

Lucky505 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. If we have reason to believe a withdrawal is linked to fraudulent activity, we may delay processing while the investigation is ongoing. Customers will be kept informed of any delays via their registered email address.

All bets placed on Lucky505 are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable market rules before submitting your selection:

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's Bet History section. Network errors or technical failures during bet submission do not constitute confirmed bets — in such cases, the stake is not deducted from your account and no payout will be generated.

Odds at Time of Bet: The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that will apply to that bet. In-play odds update in real time. Lucky505 is not responsible for odds changes between the time you view a market and the time you submit your bet — always verify the odds on the bet confirmation screen before confirming.

Void Bets: Lucky505 may void a bet in the following circumstances: match abandonment before the minimum overs required for a result; clear pricing errors on our part; confirmation of match-fixing by the relevant cricket board; or technical errors that caused an incorrect market to be offered. Voided bets are returned to your account in full as a stake refund.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Placing a bet above the displayed maximum is not possible — the system will automatically cap the stake.

Accumulator Bets: Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to win. If one leg is voided, the accumulator reverts to a bet on the remaining selections. Lucky505 reserves the right to limit accumulator bets on correlated outcomes.

Lucky505 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page and governed by the following general bonus rules:

Lucky505 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, any progress toward wagering requirements will be honoured proportionally. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Lucky505's casino and live dealer games — including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Aviator — are subject to the following additional rules:

All casino games on Lucky505 use certified random number generation (RNG) or real physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. Game outcomes are independently audited and published RTPs are accurate within the statistical tolerances defined in each game's certification. Lucky505 is not responsible for outcomes on any certified game.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, Lucky505's system records the state of play at the point of disconnection. If a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's server-side record and applied to your account automatically upon reconnection. Lucky505 accepts no liability for losses caused by the player's own internet connection issues.

Lucky505 may impose minimum and maximum bet limits on all casino games. These limits are displayed in the game interface before play begins. VIP tables with higher limits are available to Gold tier members and above.

Lucky505 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or emotional harm. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period to prevent runaway sessions.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to appear after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Lucky505 will not send any marketing communications to a self-excluded player and will decline any re-registration attempt for a minimum of five years.

• Scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or third-party infrastructure failures
• Bets that could not be placed due to market suspension or system unavailability
• Losses arising from the player's own decisions including which selections to bet on and how much to stake

Lucky505's total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the amount of that player's net deposits in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky505's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Lucky505 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if we have reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms in any material respect
• The account was opened using false information
• The account is being used by a person under 18
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity
• The account is part of a coordinated bonus abuse or arbitrage scheme
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Lucky505 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder via their registered email. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, Lucky505 will inform the account holder and, where appropriate, withhold any bonus-related funds while returning verified real-money deposits.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support@lucky505.im. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance paid out.

Lucky505 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations or business practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions — we may update the Terms without direct notification, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Lucky505 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
